Extra Entrée / Special Preparation Fee – 25% Applied to services requesting an additional entrée or a separate preparation method.
Mileage Fee – $0.90 per mile (roundtrip) Applies to event locations 26–49 miles from ZIP code 46038. Clients within 25 miles of 46038 receive complimentary travel.
Gratuity – 20% Automatically added to each invoice.
Service Fee – 15% Covers insurance, pantry items, service equipment, and miscellaneous incidentals.
Holiday & Holiday Weekend Fee – $250 to $350 Applies to events scheduled on or near major holidays.

Clients may request a service date by contacting us with their event details. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We will hold your selected date for five consecutive days at no charge.
After the initial five-day hold period, you may either pay your deposit to secure your event date or pay a $75 holding fee to extend your hold for an additional 14 consecutive days. The holding fee will be applied toward your final balance once your event is booked.
After the 14-day extension, you must secure your date by paying the deposit. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of both your date and the $75 holding fee. If the deposit is not paid, the requested date will be released for other bookings.
If your date is released and you wish to rebook the same date, you will be required to pay the deposit to secure it.

In the unlikely event that Ummi's Table must cancel a service or event, 100% of all paid monies will be refunded to the client.
If a client needs to cancel a service or event, the refund policy for the deposit is as follows:
More than 4 weeks before the event: Refund of deposit minus 25%
2 to 3 weeks before the event: Refund of deposit minus 35%
Less than 2 weeks before the event: No refund of deposit
